Registration Info:
- Online Registration will close on June 18th at 8:00am. Day of Race Registration closes 20 minutes prior to each Start Time listed below
- Race Day Registration available, via online app, cash or check, made payable to “WEMS”
- Bib number pickup available on Saturday from 7:00-1:00pm
- Day of Race Entry Fee is $50 per Adult Riders, $35 per Youth Riders, $30 per Adult Runners, $20 per Youth Runners
Mountain Bike Info:
Long Race (10 Hour): 9am start – final lap must be started by 6:30 pm.
Categories: solo, fat bike, open team [Awards approx: 7:30-8:00pm]
Mid Race (6 Hour): 11am start– final lap must be started by 4:30 pm
Categories: solo, fat bike, open team [Awards approx: 5:30-6:00pm]
Short Race (3 Hour): 1pm start– final lap must be started by 3:30 pm
Categories: solo, fat bike, junior [Awards approx: 4:30-5:00pm]
COURSE: This years course will feature the same loop for everyone, approximately 10 miles in length using much of the EAST LOOP, WEST LOOP, and a small portion of SOUTH LOOP. There will be one water station around mile 5.
RACER PIT AREA SETUP: All Racers can drive around the chalet, follow the gravel road to camp area and course side parking. Parking will be on the left (south) side of the road (Ski Trail T – Mount View) heading West and in the large field off to the south of Ski Trail T.
AWARDS: Custom wood engraved awards to the Top 3 Solo riders (in the male, female, & Junior division), Top 1 Fat Biker, Top 2 Open Teams, and for the Fastest Lap
Trail Running Info (NEW for 2023):
5K Loop (Total Distance – determined by Runner): 9:30am start– final lap must be started by 3:30 pm
Categories: Individual (Men, Women, Youth – under 18) [Awards approx: 4:30-5:00pm]
COURSE: Features mostly single track with portions of shared mountain bike trail. The loop length is approximately 3.1 miles (5K meters) in length using much of the WEST LOOP trails (Up Nort, Chain Icky Thump, Smoker, Root Canal, and some ski trail)
SCORING: Highest Number of Laps completed (total distance accumulated) in the time period wins, followed by second highest Laps and so on. The goal is to test yourself with a shorter 5K loop, take a break, eat, hydrate, and do another lap. Challenge yourself to see if you can make it to the cutoff time for one last loop! You don’t need to be fast to Win! Just need to keep moving at a reasonable pace, walking is ok too.
