WEMS Championship & Wisconsin Singlespeed Championship – Levis/Trow Mound – October 1st, 2011

On October 1, 2011, Levis/Trow will host two combined events, the Wisconsin Endurance Series Championship race and the Wisconsin Singlespeed Championship race. Both events are open to all riders (series and non-series). The Wisconsin Singlespeed Championship will feature a longer course of around 62 miles. The longer distance was requested by the one and only Jesse Lalonde who can’t wait to reclaim the title.

The Championship races are Open to All Racers and All Series Racers that have completed 4 or more races will recieve Double Points for the Championship Race. Again, for Series Racers, your best 5 race results will be tabulated. All racers excedeing 5 races will be recieve 3 pts for each additional race.

The First 100 Racers will receive a commemorative WEMS 26oz Aluminum Water Bottle.

Start Times:

8:00am - 100 Miles (8 laps)
10:00am – Singlespeed Championship (62.5 Miles – 5 laps)
1:00pm – 50 Miles (4 laps)
3:00pm – 25 Miles (2 laps)
Approx. elevation gain is around 1,000 feet per lap

Awards (approx time):

8:20pm - 100 Mile
7:30pm - 50 Mile
7:00pm - 25 Mile
6:00pm - SS Championship

Fees:

ONLINE REGISTRATION STILL OPEN (closes on September 30, 2011)
$40*/racer – 100 Mile & 50 Mile Solo
$35*/racer – 100 Mile & 50 Mile Duo and Teams
$30*/racer – 25 Mile Solo
$20*/racer – High School Div (25 Mile course)
$35*/racer – Singlespeed Championship Race (10:00am)
$7/night (updated 9-26-11) - On-Site Camping (per camping unit, i.e. tent, camper, etc.)
(*)Note: All entry fees include a $5 daily Clark County Trail Pass fee (Show your Clark County Trail Pass at registration and save $5. All Series Races recieve a $5 discount.)

Special Rules:

6:30pm Cut-Off time (No racers allowed to start another lap after 6:30pm)
Racers are required to carry ONE source of light when leaving after 5:30pm (i.e. small LED flashlight, head lamp, Niterider type, etc.)

RACE will be held RAIN or SHINE (trails drain fast – the July race had record setting down pour)

Levis/Trow 100 Results Point Standings Photos

Due to the Thunderstorms a race re-start was taken at 11:00am. All racers that completed their first lap from the 9:00am start time were manually recorded and added as the last lap time in the results for the overall race lap count and time. The last two “Lap Time Dates” may be the same but the “Lap Duration” was taken into account for the “Final Time”.
